About

Born and raised in Quincy Washington, Heather completed her BA in Biology at Azusa Pacific University in 2005. She then journeyed across the United States to graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in North Carolina in 2009. After pursuing continuing education in manual therapy from Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars she passed her Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy exam in 2016. Heather has held PT licenses in NC, TN, MO and now WA state working mostly in outpatient orthopedic clinics with an emphasis on progressive hands-on techniques. Her professional interests include spinal health and mobility, cervicogenic headaches, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, low back pain in young athletes and management throughout pregnancy. In general she loves helping, problem solving and maximizing an individual’s function.

Outside of work, she is active raising three kids with her husband, and enjoying being back to her roots in the Pacific Northwest!
