Dr. Heidi Roberts is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of mind and body wellness. As an Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) in training, she specializes in trauma resolution and nervous system regulation, addressing the connections between physical pain, movement patterns, and stored trauma.
Currently training with Herman & Wallace in Women’s Health, Pelvic Care, and Oncology, Dr. Roberts brings professional expertise and personal insight from her cancer journey to her rehabilitation work.
Her approach emphasizes partnering with the body’s innate healing capacity rather than simply addressing symptoms. Dr. Roberts collaborates with patients to develop personalized treatment plans promoting physical wellness, nervous system regulation, and embodied resilience.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Roberts is the author of “The Sitting Disease,” delivers experiential workshops, and enjoys the trails, slopes, and rivers of the Pacific Northwest.
