Helen was born and raised in Holguin, Cuba, and moved to Portland, Oregon at the age of 9, where she has lived ever since. She graduated from Centennial High school. After graduation, Helen spent 5 years at Portland State University, where she was perusing a bachelor in Pre-Clinical Health Science, With a pre- nursing focus.
Helen is committed to providing quality care for those in need and is also committed to always learning more. She believes that being surrounded by other health care professionals will help her to achieve her goals of excelling in her nursing career and hopes to learn from them how to provide the best quality care for her future patients.
When not at work you can find Helen, Enjoying the beautiful outdoors, she loves to hike and spend time in nature. She also loves spending time with her younger sister and having family time.
