About

Jake graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology in 2014 before going on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2019. Having been awarded the Service Award Scholarship at Des Moines University, Jake is passionate about community service and has spent time volunteering with organizations such as the Y and other youth programs.

Jake’s first introduction to Therapeutic Associates was during his first clinical internship in 2017, where he gained invaluable experience working with patients of all ages and various conditions. Jake’s clinical interests include manual therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain. He is excited to further his education through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy and pursue his Orthopedic Certified Specialist certification to help his patients optimize their movement and function.

Jake grew up in Eugene (Go Ducks!) and after spending time in the Midwest he is thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest. Jake enjoys exploring Oregon, eating at new places, playing his guitar, and a good cup of coffee.
