Physical Therapist

About

Jessica earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University. She has completed advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, the Ola Grimsby Institute, and the North Orthopedic Institute. Before becoming a physical therapist, Jessica taught Yoga and Pilates, modalities she now integrates into patient treatment.
Jessica is currently pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) and is passionate about treating patients across the lifespan. She believes that pelvic health is essential for everyone because we all have a pelvis. Her clinical interests include breast care support during the postpartum years and developmentally appropriate interventions for children with toileting delays, bedwetting, or incontinence.

With a deep compassion for mothers navigating the demands of parenthood, Jessica creates efficient, effective sessions that honor her patients’ limited time. As a mother of three herself, she understands the juggle and is committed to providing treatment that is practical, evidence-based, and deeply supportive.

Jessica works with a wide range of pelvic health concerns, from pain syndromes and hormonal shifts to post-surgical recovery. Her goal is to help every patient feel empowered through customized care. She values the therapeutic relationships that form through this work and considers it a privilege to be part of each patient’s journey toward lasting wellness.
