Jonah was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is a graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School (Class of 2015). He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Hawaii in 2020, then went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA in January 2025.
He joined Evergreen Physical Therapy in September 2024 to complete his third clinical rotation and became a full-time physical therapist shortly thereafter. Jonah’s lifelong involvement in sports—from childhood through high school—inspired his interest in movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, ultimately leading him to a career in physical therapy.
Jonah is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, overcome physical limitations, and return to the activities they love. He emphasizes exercise-based treatment and patient education to promote long-term health and functional independence.
Outside the clinic, Jonah enjoys golfing, bowling, hiking, and participating in adult recreational sports leagues.
