Julie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University in 2025, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University–Idaho.
She is passionate about using her creativity to design personalized treatment plans for each patient, with a strong emphasis on a multimodal and evidence-based approach. Julie strives to provide thorough education to support long-term health and functional outcomes for those in her care.
With a background in classical ballet as both a dancer and instructor, Julie is especially excited to support the performing arts community. She brings valuable experience in treating a wide range of dance-related injuries and conditions, including Femoral Acetabular Impingement, tendinitis, Flexor Hallucis longus pain, Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, and more.
Originally from Oregon and Japan, Julie is a native Japanese speaker and has grown to love both the nature and the community of Idaho. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exercising, growing plants, dancing, exploring Boise, and working on art projects.
