Kaitlyn McKinley

Katie graduated in the Spring of 2025 from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Human Physiology. During her time as a student, she fully embraced life in Eugene—enjoying the incredible food scene, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of the adventures the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She also played club soccer, which fueled her competitive spirit and kept her connected to a strong community of teammates.

Outside of academics and athletics, Katie values quality time with family and friends. Whether it’s a weekend hike, a home-cooked meal, or just spending time together, she finds joy and balance in those relationships.

Now working as an aide at Therapeutic Associates, Katie is grateful for the opportunity to bridge her academic knowledge with real-world clinical experience. She’s especially excited to apply what she learned in anatomy and physiology to support patient care and deepen her understanding of physical therapy. This experience is a key step in preparing her for the next chapter: pursuing a career as a physical therapist.
