Katelin Eder

Katelin grew up in Hillsboro, Oregon and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oregon. She was immersed in a bilingual Spanish program throughout her K–12 education and further honed her language skills during a semester abroad at a local university in Segovia, Spain. 

Katelin brings a diverse science background to her role, with experience working in a neuroscience lab, serving as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and assisting with anatomy instruction at her university. These experiences helped spark her interest in physical therapy—a field that combines her interest in the science of human movement and her strong commitment to providing accessible and equitable care to her community.

In her free time, Katelin enjoys playing and watching soccer, cooking, and exploring ceramics as a creative outlet.

“Katelin creció en Hillsboro, Oregón, y obtuvo su licenciatura en Fisiología Humana con especialización en Química en la Universidad de Oregón. Participó en un programa bilingüe de español durante toda su educación primaria y secundaria y perfeccionó sus habilidades lingüísticas durante un semestre en el extranjero en una universidad local en Segovia, España.

Katelin aporta una formación científica diversa a su puesto, con experiencia trabajando en un laboratorio de neurociencia, como entrenadora personal e instructora de fitness grupal, y colaborando con la enseñanza de anatomía en su universidad. Estas experiencias despertaron su interés por la fisioterapia, una carerra que combina su interés por la ciencia del movimiento humano con su firme compromiso a dar atención accesible y equitativa a su comunidad.

En su tiempo libre, Katelin disfruta jugando y viendo fútbol, ​​cocinando y haciendo cerámica como una vía de escape creativa.
