Katie has been with Beaverton Physical Therapy since July 2021. After more than a decade of working in women’s health and fertility, she is excited to return to her background and her true passion, movement. Katie graduated with honors from University of California, Davis with a BA in Dance, where she received the Jere Curry Award for Excellence in Choreography. For 10 years, Katie danced with the Linda Bair Dance Company in Davis California.
She is honored to be part of this dynamic team whose passion aligns with hers, to help clients regain full body movement with optimal ease and following injury or surgery. Currently, Katie is completing her training to become a STOTT Pilates instructor. As a Pilates instructor, she plans to provide additional information and education to clients on how to improve their bodies’ function and develop healthy patterns of moving and living.
Katie enjoys spending most of her free time with her family and their dog, Tango. You will likely find her with her kids out running, hiking or on the soccer field, or… driving them to and from soccer and dance!
