Kelly graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Rochester, MI in 2009 with honors and graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science with honors. Kelly was a member of the Varsity Western Michigan Gymnastics team. She coached gymnastics for several years and enjoys working with young athletes.

During her physical therapy career thus far she has found a niche in Pilates based rehabilitation. Kelly is certified through STOTT Pilates in their Mat and Reformer rehab series. She has completed NAIOMT courses and enjoys incorporating manual therapy into her treatments as well. Kelly takes a holistic approach to her treatment and looks at how the whole body is working together to determine the best exercise approach with her clients. Kelly is also Breathworks certified through Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy and enjoys incorporating this into her treatments when necessary.

Kelly enjoys helping people of all ages and helping them reach their goals. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors, skiing, golfing, boating, attending Barre 3 and Orange Theory classes.
