Kelly is originally from Michigan but lived in Chicago for about a year after school. For her undergraduate studies, Kelly went to Western Michigan University where she studied exercise science and graduated with a minor in biology. Following undergrad, Kelly attended Oakland University for PT school.
Kelly is a certified STOTT Pilates rehab instructor for Mat and Reformer. Kelly is passionate about treating the whole body with this method through specific and intentional movements. In addition, Kelly has completed two NAIOMT courses (level 1 and 2) and strives to incorporate her knowledge of Manual Therapy into treatment. Kelly has a passion for working with people one on one. She loves movement of all kinds and enjoys helping others return to a better quality of life through improved mobility.
Kelly loves to be active and discover the outdoors with her family. She can often be found spending her time hiking, skiing, boating at the lake, golfing, attending a Barre 3 workout, or biking. Kelly was a collegiate gymnast and still makes time to watch gymnastic competitions. In addition, she is passionate about healthy cooking, discovering local restaurants, baking, gardening, and shopping.
