About

Lily grew up in the Clackamas county area, just down the street, after moving here with her family from Ukraine. Growing up she had wanted to become a teacher until her cousin broke her arm, jumping from a swing. Seeing the journey her cousin took with physical therapy, she realized that physical therapy was something that she was interested in. Her interest grew after her dad broke his fingers at work and had to go through physical therapy. After that, she started shadowing physical therapists and assistants, solidifying her decision to become a PTA.

Lily graduated from Baker Early College a couple of years ago, and is currently applying to the Mt. Hood Community College Physical Therapy Assistant Program, where she hopes to get her AAS degree.

Meanwhile, she loves working at the clinic, where she has the opportunity to learn more about physical therapy. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, baking, hiking and rafting with her family.
