Physical Therapist

About

Lisa has been practicing PT in the Treasure Valley for the past 29 years since graduating from Idaho State University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1995. She received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology at The College of Idaho in 1992. She has worked in a wide variety of PT settings but found her passion in out-patient orthopedics where she has spent the majority of her career. Lisa has certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, and blood flow restriction.

Lisa’s philosophy on patient care is focused on each patient’s individual needs and learning style. She believes that a combination of exercise, functional training, manual therapy, and education are the keys to each patient’s experience and successful outcome. Lisa enjoys the problem-solving part of PT and loves to see patients progress through the process of healing in order to return to a healthy and active lifestyle.  She enjoys treating a variety of different diagnoses including post operative and non-operative orthopedic injuries, with a particular interest in shoulders, knees, and ankles.

Lisa’s passions outside of work include all things outdoors, especially skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and backpacking, as well as spending time with friends, family and her dog, Max.
