Lydia is a graduate from the University of Oregon, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology. During her time at school, she discovered a passion for helping others through physical activity. She plans on continuing her education to pursue a career in occupational therapy.
At Therapeutic Associates, Lydia works as an exercise specialist. Her goal is to create positive and successful experiences for every patient. She enjoys building relationships with patients as they progress along their physical therapy journeys.
Lydia was born and raised in Portland, OR. In her free time, she enjoys going on runs, coaching a local dance team, stunting, and playing with her pup.
