About

Maddy graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from George Fox University, a program which placed strong emphasis on person-centered care and implementing evidence-based practice. She has experience treating individuals with a range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurologic conditions, balance impairments, and back pain across a range of ages and abilities.

  • Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Reed College, graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors in thesis excellence.
  • Strength and conditioning coach for Reed College Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team
  • Experience at a specialized outpatient neurologic rehabilitation clinic
  • Provided primary care physical therapy at medical field camps in Uganda

Maddy understands that the burden of an injury is more than just pain, and is also a heavy strain on wellbeing, identity, and participation in the meaningful activities of one’s life. She brings her knowledge and experience to work alongside you to restore thoughtless, fearless movement and promote return to the activities you love.

Maddy loves finding new ways to challenge herself and celebrate movement. She has practiced martial arts at a competitive level, plays Ultimate Frisbee, trains weightlifting, and enjoys CrossFit and running. She is always ready to hit the trails for hiking and backpacking. Otherwise, she can likely be found with a good book and a cup of coffee.
