Maren Bisson

Maren received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. Her undergraduate degree was BS, Biology. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree after being in the workplace. She played basketball for the Marauders and was a two time captain.

Maren’s clinical interest is general orthopedics. Her experience has given her a keen ability in treating movement-related impairments, athletic injuries, overuse and people dealing with general wear and tear on the body. She strives to provide a holistic approach in her treatment style with utilizing her manual skills, patient education and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Maren has had several knee surgeries and understands the emotional and physical toll injuries can have on our life.

Maren played collegiate basketball and then dove into marathons and triathlons for several years. She now enjoys long walks, shorter runs, lifting, hiking and Pilates. When she is not watching the local sports teams, she enjoys traveling, wine, dining out and a good cold plunge.
