As a NASM certified personal trainer, Matt has a big passion for health and fitness. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University while running track and field. Matt has over 3 years of experience in coaching group exercise classes and personal training in Southern California. His one on one training programs and small group classes include a variety of exercises that will help build strength, cardio, flexibility, & balance. He believes that exercise should be safe and effective, but also fun and encouraging!
