Melissa grew up in Oregon and spent her first 25 years of her career in Family Practice. Her favorite thing about physical therapy is being able to watch the whole process of a patient’s care from start to finish. She loves getting to know the patients and sharing in their journey. Discharging a patient back to their good state of physical health makes her very happy.
Melissa enjoys exploring all around the area, but especially loves to travel where there is a sunny, warm beach! A long walk near or far is one of her favorite things to do.
In her free time, you will find her watching her youngest son play high school basketball. Melissa is the mother of 3 sons and loves being a boy mom. They’ve taught her all things sports, which contributes to her love of watching football. They say the best seat is on your couch! Her newest joy is her newborn granddaughter whom she gets to spend lots of time with.
