Mindy Kloser

Mindy brings a diverse background in operations, leadership, and client experience to her role as Clinic Lead at Therapeutic Associates. Prior to joining the healthcare field, she spent her career working within small businesses ranging from accounting and data analytics firms to leadership consulting, the wine industry, and wedding venue management. While healthcare is a new chapter in her career, caring for people and building meaningful relationships has always been at the center of the work she loves most.

Mindy earned her degree in Communications and Training & Development from Marylhurst University and is especially passionate about supporting patients during vulnerable moments in their lives. She believes the human connection built throughout the care process is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. Watching patients progress, regain confidence, and feel supported along the way is what makes her work so meaningful, and she feels honored to be part of each patient’s journey.

Outside of the clinic, Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and three beloved dogs — two pugs and a Mini Australian Shepherd. She is passionate about strength training and has spent the last several years building a garage gym at home where she enjoys daily workouts. A lifelong creative at heart, Mindy loves thrifting and has a special appreciation for vintage, mid-century, and art deco design, which is reflected throughout her home. More recently, she has discovered a love for cultivating plants and herbs, proudly transforming her once “brown thumb” into a thriving collection of greenery.
