Naomi is a Portland local who received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Mt Hood Community College in Gresham, OR in 2022. Prior to this, she earned a BS in Community Health Education from Western Oregon University in 2018.
Naomi is a professionally trained aerialist with a background in various dance forms who has performed throughout the Pacific Northwest for the last 8 years. Her unique experience allows her to be able to understand the challenges and special considerations required for treating aesthetic artists from all backgrounds. Naomi specializes in dance, gymnastic, aerial and circus physical therapy rehab and injury prevention. Naomi has a particular passion for cross training for performing artists which lead her to become a Certified Musculoskeletal Physical Therapist Assistant through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She is also trained in yoga and Pilates, using this knowledge to provide well-rounded hands-on physical therapy treatment to her patients. In the clinic, she prioritizes safe flexibility training, end range strength training, and the education to prevent further injury and develop skills to improve overall performance for both professionals and individuals who want to train recreationally.
In her free time, Naomi enjoys hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, roller skating, dancing, archery and kayaking with friends and family.
