Nicola Salarpi Dean

Nicola was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She spent her childhood competing in swim meets, hiking on Mt. Tam, and taking rafting trips with neighborhood friends. She studied Literature and Sociology at the University of California, Santa Cruz surrounded by redwood trees and wild turkeys. Driven by her love of the great outdoors, she moved to the Pacific Northwest after college where she began working in healthcare administration.

Working as a front desk coordinator in a healthcare setting has been extremely rewarding, blending Nicola’s love of people with her talent for organization. She has found satisfaction in keeping office operations running smoothly while ensuring patients feel welcome. The role brings daily reminders that small acts can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.

Over the past few years, Nicola married her partner Nolan, traveled to Italy to meet relatives, and became an aunt! She has spent time living in both Oregon and Washington, and just recently bought a house in Vancouver. On her days off, you’ll most likely find Nicola outside enjoying the sunshine with her dog, Odie. She enjoys cooking, hiking, skiing, and embroidery.
