Noel is passionate about helping her community return to activities which bring meaning and movement to their lives — whether that’s competing in recreational sports, keeping up with family, or navigating daily tasks with confidence. In 2017, she earned a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. In 2024, she graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a doctorate of physical therapy. Noel has been a valued member of the TAI team for over a year.
Noel provides care in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings at Providence Health Center. Her schedule reflects her diverse clinical interests. This balance allows her to provide comprehensive care across the continuum of recovery, supporting patients from hospitalization through to outpatient rehabilitation.
Her passion for the orthopedic community stems from a lifelong involvement in sports, ranging from recreational soccer, high school volleyball, and intercollegiate track & field. As an athlete, she understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of training, competition, and recovery. More recently, she has discovered a love for tennis and golf, further deepening her appreciation for movement mechanics and performance. She is furthering her knowledge in orthopedics through NAIOMT’s continuing education coursework in orthopedic musculoskeletal therapy.
Noel also has a strong commitment to those living with neurological conditions. Her interest in neuro rehabilitation was shaped through volunteer work with Rock Steady Boxing and USAHS’s neuromuscular pro bono cliic. In her first year as a clinician, she completed continuing education to earn the title of Certified Fall Prevention Specialist, reflecting her dedication to keeping patients safe, confident, and independent.
Known for her positive energy and approachable style, Noel creates a supportive and motivating environment where patients feel heard and empowered. She believes rehabilitation is a true partnership — combining individualized treatment, education, and evidence-based care to help each patient achieve meaningful, lasting results.
