About

Rachel received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology from the University of Washington (Go Dawgs) and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. During her time as a physical therapist, she has become certified in ASTYM treatment, Blood Flow Restriction therapy through SmartCuffs, and LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, and has taken coursework for vestibular rehabilitation and balance re-training, and manual therapy classes through the Institute of Physical Art.

Rachel’s physical therapy philosophy includes a holistic approach to health and wellness for all patient populations. She aims to utilize her skills to optimize and advance movement in society. Her goal is to provide high quality, individualized patient care. She loves working with people of all ages to help them reach their goals and live healthier, more active lives with less pain.

Rachel grew up in the small town of Cashmere, WA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son. You can find her trying new restaurants in the area, going to trivia at her local brewery, watching all the Oscar best picture nominated movies, and getting into the great outdoors.
