Rhiannon Bittner

Physical Therapist Assistant

About

Rhiannon is relatively new to central Oregon, finally deciding to escape the rain of western Washington in 2022. She is loving it and has been exploring the trails, learning how to snowboard, and enjoying all the area has to offer in the great outdoors!

Her working life has taken some twists and turns, until finally reaching physical therapy. She earned her B.S. in Genetics and Cell Biology from Washington State University in 2009, but shortly after graduating went up to Alaska and worked as a tour guide on a historic railroad. Eventually, she decided to get certified as a personal trainer, specializing in corrective exercise. It was working as a personal trainer that she realized her love of using exercise to reduce pain and help people get back to doing the things they love. However, she didn’t feel she had all the tools she need to help people as a personal trainer, so she went back to school to Whatcom Community College, where she became licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2022. In the clinic, Rhiannon makes it a priority to listen to her patients and direct treatments to what is bothering them the most. She also enjoys cheering her patients on in their recovery!
