Samuel is a native Oregonian originally from Hermiston. He grew up playing sports, hiking, and staying active which contributed to his fascination with the human body and the way we move. He pursued his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University Idaho completing a Bachelors of Exercise Physiology. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Shenandoah University out in Winchester Virginia.  Sam also spent two years in southern France as a missionary for his church where he became fluent in French.

Sam loves the investigative process of physical therapy and helping patients restore their function and achieve their goals.  He emphasizes a full body approach to maximize his patient’s capacity to move and feel better. Sam’s love for all kinds of sports helps him better connect and empathize with his patients who come from many different backgrounds. He continues to improve his clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills through NAIOMT courses. He is also taking courses focused on vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management.

Sam is an avid hiker, runner, weightlifter and is a growing golfer. He also enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and children.
