About

Sarah is a Colorado native who recently moved to Oregon in late December of 2019. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Health and Exercise Science at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. While at Regis, Sarah was the director for the physical therapy program’s Move Forward 5k/10K to raise money for Canine Companions for Independence which provides service dogs to individuals with disabilities and for the Foundation for Physical Therapy to advance research in the profession.

Before becoming a physical therapist, Sarah ran her own massage therapy business as a certified neuromuscular massage therapist in Boulder, Colorado working with numerous types of athletes. She also taught preschool through competitive gymnastics, so she is passionate about treating athletic populations. She strives to provide the tools necessary for patients to regain function to improve their quality of life. Sarah loves the diversity of working in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She recently completed an orthopedic residency program to become a Board Certified Orthopeadic Clinical Specialist. Since starting with Therapeutic Associates, she aims to pursue a NAIOMT Certified Manual Physical Therapist certification.
