Originally from California, after college Shandra moved to Alaska for the summer not knowing she would stay for 9 years. As an outdoor guide in the summer, she took people all over the state to experience hiking, kayaking and camping. She started her Personal Training and fitness instructor career at this time. Wanting to be a little closer to family, she then moved to Corvallis Oregon and continued to Personal train and teach classes for 16 years.
In 2023 she moved to Sisters, OR for more sunshine. Her hobbies include hiking with her labrador Charlie, mountain biking, woodworking and camping. Shandra’s favorite part about working for TAI is interacting with all the patients that come in for care. It is very rewarding to see how patients work through the healing process and is proud to be a helpful part in that process. Shandra enjoys being part of an amazing team that helps to motivate and encourage patients.
