About

Shawn Dailey received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and opened Therapeutic Associates L.O. Physical Therapy & Wellness in 2009. He has over a decade of experience in orthopedic sports physical therapy, injury prevention, the biomechanics of efficient athletic movement, and youth through elite athlete performance development. Shawn has worked with athletic organizations from local High Schools to professional and Olympic individuals/teams. His passion lies in providing the highest quality rehabilitative care, injury prevention, long-term youth development, and research-validated athletic enhancement training. Therapeutic Associates L.O. Physical Therapy utilizes a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine Practitioners, registered/licensed dietitians, strength and conditioning coaches, and personal trainers. As one of the most diverse teams in Portland and the Northwest, their mission is to provide quality rehabilitation, athletic performance enhancement, and life-long fitness. Shawn is the community physical therapist to the Portland Trail Blazers as a part of the Blazers Health & Performance Team. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Expert and Junior Coach. Shawn is one of only four PTs in the world who were part of the Nike SPARQ Performance Network and continues to work with the Nike Training Network and the Innovation Kitchen. He serves on advisory boards for the George Fox University Physical Therapy School and Stafford Hills Athletic Club. Outside of time in the clinic, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife KC, son Xander, daughter Shalane, and two golden retrievers. He enjoys sports, including basketball, golf, running, and outdoor sports such as hiking, biking, and fly-fishing.
