Sheryl has lived in Yakima, Washington since graduating from A.T. Still University in 2008. She attended college at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California where she received a B.A./M.A. in Physical Education with an Athletic Training emphasis. She was also inducted into the Humboldt State Athletics Hall of Fame for women’s basketball in 1996. She practiced as a certified athletic trainer in Fairbanks, Alaska for twelve years before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from ATSU/ASHS in Mesa, Arizona.
Sheryl’s professional interests include orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy to include ASTYM, Active Release Technique (ART) and Fascial Distortion Model (FDM).
Sheryl lives in Yakima with her wife, Chelsea, and their three dogs. She enjoys weightlifting, hiking, mountain biking, traveling and quality time with her wife and dogs.
