Steph is an Oregonian who grew up near Portland. She has her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University and Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Mt Hood Community College.
After graduating she worked at Shriners Children’s hospital where she learned to fit, design and fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices and became a Certified Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistant. Steph has experience working in pediatrics, skilled nursing, hospitals and outpatient physical therapy settings. She enjoys treating people of all ages and abilities, connecting with each individual and working as a team to figure out the most effective and meaningful approach to healing.
Outside work Steph can be found exploring in the mountains (and probably eating cheese). She enjoys hiking, backpacking/camping, running, biking, skiing and paddle boarding with her partner Kirby and pup Fox. She also enjoys seeing live music, travel, and spending time with friends and family. She feels very fortunate to call Central Oregon her home and is honored to serve the community of La Pine!
