Takeda was born and raised in Spokane, WA He attended Shadle Park High School, where he played basketball and soccer. After high school, he attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR, where he played collegiate soccer for two seasons. He returned to Spokane and graduated from Eastern Washington University with his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2020. In 2025, he graduated from Whitworth University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Takeda has always had a passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their physical goals. His experiences as an athlete inspired his interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, focusing on restoring movement, improving strength, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Takeda enjoys staying active through weightlifting, wakeboarding, and golfing.
