Tanner grew up in northern Nevada in a small town named Gardnerville. He eventually moved to Reno, Nevada where he graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Community Health Sciences with an emphasis in Kinesiology. Having participated in various sports throughout his adolescence and young adulthood, Tanner has a deep passion for movement and its many positive outcomes on an individual’s life. His love and dedication to helping people recover through movement are why he wants to pursue physical therapy as his profession. While gaining experience in the field, he is currently applying to PT school in hopes to start his Doctor of Physical Therapy in the summer/fall of 2023.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Tanner going to the gym, hanging out with friends and family, and most importantly playing with his puppy, Oakley. He also has a major sweet tooth for Snickers and Twix bars!
