Victoria was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. Victoria earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from OSU-Cascades.
Victoria has specialization and a passion for working with patients who have neurological and vestibular conditions, but is also an expert the the treatment of orthopedic conditions.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, crafting, and hiking with her dachshund Henley.
