Yvonne grew up in the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California. Growing up swimming and playing water polo, Yvonne’s love for aquatics and exercise grew into a passion in kinesiology. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. After finishing her undergraduate degree, Yvonne graduated from Western University of the Health Science with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Yvonne is passionate about helping her patients be able to live healthier and more pain free lives through exercise.
Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys arts and crafts and working out. Her current hobbies include sewing, crocheting/knitting, and going to the gym. She loves having an outlet to creatively express herself and to keep active.
