Our clinic administration teams serve as an integral role in our clinics and as part of the overall patient experience. Our front office teams are key to our excellent customer service and provide support to our patients as they navigate their physical therapy journey.
A clinic administration role provides excellent exposure to the medical field while building relationships with patients and team members.
I love how my role allows me to get to know patients, and to elevate their experience through support with insurance, appointment scheduling and answering any questions they may have about what they can expect at our clinic.
