Our Commitments

Increase the percentage of underrepresented populations in leadership in Therapeutic Associates.

Conduct at least one PT service-related community outreach event per region, per year.

Increase DEI awareness across the company by including a DEI component to all clinic/dept staff meetings.

Promote and uphold current policies and practices that protect all employees, especially underrepresented groups from harrassment and discrimination.
