Step 1: Practice Manager

All clinic leaders begin as Practice Manager. Meets with Shareholder weekly for mentorship, guidance and growth.

Step 2: Key Person

After 1 year minimum as Practice Manager, opportunity to become Key Person and earn portion of profits from clinic.

Step 3: Shareholder

After 3 year minimum as Key Person and criteria is met, opportunity to be voted in by existing Shareholders and share in profit of company.
