Our History
Professional Development
Our APTA accredited Orthopaedic Residency program is designed to support private practice physical therapists in the development of advanced clinical skills and prepare them for a number of post-graduation pathways.
These collaborative sessions include 1-2 days of professional development and clinical learning. This experience not only orients teammates to our culture, philosophies, and opportunities, but also gives our therapists a chance to learn from their peers, as well as interact with our Leadership team and hang out and have fun.
One of our core values is "We support a culture of learning." We take learning and development seriously, offering a number of educational experiences to all teammates. Our courses, workshops, webinars and series offer timely subject matter facilitated by leading instructors to help our therapists and all teammates, regardless of their role, continuously grow.
Mentorship plays a strong role in our company identity. New PTs receive one-on-one mentorship to support their professional growth and education goals, and ultimately, to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
Giving back to our communities
Therapeutic Associates is focused on charitable works in our communities through our PT for Humanity Team. We do this by supporting and empowering our employees to participate in service opportunities and partnering with organizations that reflect our Core Values locally, nationally and even globally. We believe these efforts engage and connect our teammates and allow all of us to tap into a deeper sense of purpose. Therapeutic Associations supports these activities through funding and paid time off for projects our teammates are passionate about. We are excited to support those endeavors and the good works of our employees through employee service scholarships, company-wide support of PT Day of Service, and our Charitable Day of Giving program.
Student Opportunities
We partner with a variety of DPT, PTA, and other programs to support student learning. Giving back to the next generation of practitioners through clinical placements is an important part of our culture.
We offer tuition support programs for advanced education. Often used for clinical development, this funding may apply to other endeavors. All clinicians can receive student loan reimbursement after 1 year of employment.
