Orthopaedic Residency
Clinical education is a cornerstone of our foundation and vision. While we encourage all of our therapists to achieve NAIOMT Level III or equivalent manual therapy training, we support advancement in a number of different specialties and areas. Our people are highly credentialed practitioners, educators to our peers and patients, authors of publications and articles for periodicals, leaders in local and national organizations, and presenters to professional and public audiences.
Orthopaedic Residency Training Program
The most comprehensive and structured clinical education program we offer is our Ortho Residency Program. Its mission is to provide high quality educational training to facilitate the development of superior orthopaedic and progressive clinical management skills for the sake of creating practitioners who better serve the company, our patients and clients, and the profession of physical therapy. The program is ideal for new grads or therapists earlier in their careers, but is open to any TAI therapist working in any of our clinics. The structure of this program is best suited for the self-directed learner.
What makes our program unique:
- Emphasis on manual therapy, with FAAOMPT faculty
- Focus on private practice leadership
- Full time PT salary
- Capitalizes on the rich resources of our company’s long history and many resources, including utilizing the wealth of information of our CareConnections product line
