PT Cohort

The PT Cohort is a year-long program that includes four sessions (one per quarter). Each session includes a day of learning and professional development as well as 1-2 days of clinical learning. The desired outcomes for the PT Cohort are to ensure that every participant leaves the experience with:

A feeling of connection to other newly hired physical therapists, and to other teammates in general and an excitement for engaging in the company as a living organization.
An understanding of the collective company, and all of the resources, benefits and people that make it unique.
An understanding of foundational clinical and leadership frameworks that will support your thriving both professionally and personally.
An ability to navigate an identified challenge by using data, information, collaboration, and communication.
A basic understanding of the professional and clinical growth opportunity in the company, including well-established pathways like Directorship, lesser known paths, and currently unidentified pathways that you will co-create.
An appreciation for your continued and evolving relationship with our company, recognizing your current role and feeling excited about the opportunity to align that role with your personal values.
