Mentorship
What we offer
The thread of mentorship is woven throughout our company. In the context of mentorship, we support therapists in building clinical practice skills such as differential diagnosis, assessment, and treatment. Mentorship also supports therapists in building a general professional skillset, including leading a team, schedule management, optimizing workflows, interprofessional relationship building and personal education plan development.
Mentorship opportunities
We support a wide range of mentorship opportunities to work with our certified mentors and administrative experts to support continued learning and collaborate with peers throughout the company.
- Education Department mentorship is a benefit provided by company certified mentors (fellowship trained) who schedule 1:1 mentorship with new teammates
- Ongoing mentorship is provided by certified mentors and senior therapists within the clinic
- A mentor certification training process is available for our leaders in clinical practice to develop and strengthen their mentoring skillset to facilitate learning for fellow teammates
- Specialty mentorship available by certified specialty providers including pelvic health, pain neuroscience, and BreathWorks
- Regularly scheduled study groups available in-person regionally and virtually to encourage broader participation
- Monthly office hours offered virtually with general practice or specialty focus
- Regular clinical administrative development Office Hours for office staff
- Learning sprint education opportunities around timely topics and company initiatives
- Learning and development opportunities for all positions
