Our commitment to patient safety:
At Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, the health and safety of our patients and our employees is always our top priority.
In response to COVID-19, we want to reinforce that we take the health and safety of our patients, employees and communities seriously. We are taking extra precautions in our locations and follow CDC, state and local health authority guidelines to protect the health and safety of our patients, staff and community. We are also working alongside our hospital and medical provider partners to provide the best care and communication possible during this time.
What you should know:
Successful completion of your plan of care is important to becoming a healthier and stronger you. For the safety of other patients and our team members, you will be asked to temporarily switch to telehealth visits or reschedule your appointment if you.
- Been diagnosed with COVID or are awaiting test results.
- Experiencing any symptoms of COVID (examples: shortness of breath, cough, loss of taste or smell, severe headache, sore throat, extreme fatigue, body aches, chest congestion, diarrhea, fever)
- Been instructed to quarantine by a healthcare professional.

If you feel sick:
If you are a current patient and are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, we ask that you contact your physical therapy clinic by PHONE to temporarily switch to a telehealth visit or to reschedule your appointment.
A safe and clean environment for your physical therapy care.
Therapeutic Associates has instituted protocols and procedures at all locations to ensure preventative measures are taken to provide a safe environment for our patients and community members to access physical therapy. All staff have been educated in these measures:
- Disinfection of all common areas, treatment rooms, gym spaces, bathrooms, door handles, equipment, countertops and electronic devices
- Frequent hand washing
- Cough and sneeze etiquette
- Emphasis and encouragement of proper hand hygiene among our patients
- Staff and team members are asked to stay home when they are experiencing resipiratory illness
