Katrina Wilkins has been working in the Orthopedic Physical Therapy setting for the past 7 years, having graduated from Loma Linda University in 2010. She has had the privilege to work with a range of clients: from firefighters, police officers and U.S. Veterans, to high school and college athletes, weekend warriors and those who just want to get back to their normal day-to-day activity.
She has been a runner all her life and prides herself on being a biomechanical expert, translating her knowledge of how the body functions into tailored exercise programs for her patients. Katrina also utilizes manual therapy techniques and education unique to each patient’s needs. She is a certified yoga teacher and has completed rehabilitative Stott Pilates courses as well as studying under NAIOMT (The North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy) for more advancement.
Outside of work, she trains for half and full marathons as well as triathlons, and more importantly she enjoys spending time with her loving husband, exploring everything the PNW has to offer!
