Our weekly group runs are free and designed to be fun, sociable and welcoming to runners and walkers of all abilities and experience levels.


Note: The 2020 PDX Run Series will not occur this Spring, but stay tuned for details on when it will be taking place.

When?

What?

A series of weekly 3-4 mile group runs, each hosted at a different location.
Post-run refreshments will be provided.

Where?

Led by a local physical therapist, all runs & walks will follow a safe and well lit route, starting at one of the 9 participating locations.


Who?

You! And all your friends and family!
All ages and abilities are welcome to join our weekly run or walk.
