Kaila grew up in California in a small beach town named Santa Cruz. She eventually moved to Portland, Oregon to further pursue her circus career. Traveling the country over half the year. During the pandemic she decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She is currently a student at Pacific University in Forest Grove working on a BS in Kinesiology. Having participated in various sports throughout her adolescence and young adulthood, Kaila has a deep passion for movement and its many positive outcomes on an individual’s life. Her love and dedication to helping people recover through movement are why She wants to pursue physical therapy as her profession. While gaining experience in the field, she is currently in the interview process for the PT program at Pacific University, hoping to start in Fall 2024.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Kaila performing at events, going for a hike, hanging out with friends and family, and most importantly snuggling her puppy, Wookie.. She also has a major sweet tooth for ice cream!
