Ngan Nguyen was born Vietnam and raised in Portland. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University before going on to Oregon State University–Cascades in Bend, Oregon, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Ngan began working with TAI in 2021 as an aide at the Sellwood location and returned in 2025 as a student at the Hillsboro location.
With a background in powerlifting and weight training, Ngan enjoys helping patients of all activity levels build strength, prevent injury, and return to the activities they love. He values working with a wide range of patient populations and creating individualized, goal-oriented care. With a passion to treat orthopedic issues, he also has experience treating neurological disorders like Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal cord injuries, and Stroke Rehab.
When not at work, Ngan enjoys working out, sports (especially the Portland Trail Blazers, Arsenal and the Seahawks), exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and spending time with his fiancée. In his downtime, he also enjoys a good board game, watching TV and movies, video games, pickle ball, tennis, and soccer.
