Workshop Testimonials

I recently took both the Ground Reaction Forces and the Swing Speed clinics led by Chris Cooper, DPT, Bend, OR. I’ve been a golfer for decades and learned a lot in these clinics about the three types of power to generate swing speed. I, like all the other participants significantly gained swing speed over the weeks of training. What impressed me most was Chris’s approach to spend enough time with dynamic stretching to prevent injury as we swung faster. That was particularly important since all the participants were of middle age. Kudos to Chris and his golf clinics.

The methods taught me to think more about what my feet should be doing during the swing. I never really understood the impact the ground could have until I took this class. Thanks for your help and insight.

Chris Cooper’s two session class on Ground Reaction Forces was simple in its concept and had tremendous value for my game. I found after getting used to transferring my weight differently, I gained 10+ yards down the middle with my driver and fairway woods.
