A New Jersey native, Becky completed her BS in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University of PA in 2011, MS from the University of South Carolina in 2014, and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Slippery Rock University of PA in 2023. A multiple Academic All-America, Becky was a collegiate cross country, and track and field runner while at the Rock. Today she continues to train and compete in the marathon distance, including the 2014 Boston Marathon.
Becky started her career as an athletic trainer, making stops in the collegiate and professional settings. She has spent time as the primary medical provider for a variety of sports, but has spent the most time in collegiate baseball, track and field, and volleyball. With a deep interest in pitching biomechanics, Becky has developed many successful preventative rehabilitation programs for the throwing athlete. While in the university setting, she has enjoyed being a preceptor to undergraduate and graduate level athletic training students. Her volunteerism includes multiple rotations at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado and teaching BLS/CPR courses to the community.
After developing a running related pelvic injury, she found a missing link between pelvic health and sports physical therapy. Subsequently returning to school full time, she now has set out to marry her love of rehabilitation with her clinical skills in pelvic health. She values the impact pelvic rehab has on those struggling with pelvic related issues and how life changing this care can be. Already having completed coursework through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, she aspires to continue to grow her knowledge base to better meet the needs of her patients.
Becky moved to the Portland area with her corgi Ortley. Outside of the clinic she loves running, live music, the beach, and NY Mets baseball.
