Elena, a Portland, Oregon local, graduated from University of Oregon in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language and culture. She became interested in Physical Therapy through her combined passions of working closely with people, along with health and wellness.
Before joining the Therapeutic Associates team, she worked for four years as a camper-support-specialist for the Easter Seals organization Camp Stand by Me. The summer and year-long camp is dedicated towards providing people with disabilities the freedoms of an all-inclusive and limitation-free experience of summer camp. She started at Therapeutic Associates in 2021 and is currently taking the necessary steps towards pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist.
In her free time, Elena enjoys all-day hiking and/or camping trips. She is really close with her twin sister, who despite currently living in Connecticut, is the biggest motivator which drives her towards success.
