Born and raised in Central Oregon, Jake is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for improving lives through movement. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Jake utilizes an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation with a focus on individualized patient goals and outcomes. Jake has a special interest in the treatment of the hand and upper extremity and is in preparation to become a Certified Hand Therapist. Outside of the clinic, Jake can be found chasing a perfect game at bowling leagues and tournaments, on the disc golf course, or enjoying the company of family and friends.
